I had a minor issue with my order and, i wasn’t expecting much. But customer service got back to me quickly and sorted it out without making it a whole thing. I’m still taking off one star because there was a bit of a wait, but credit where it’s due, they handled it well

The cheesecake tasted decent, but the texture was a little dry, which makes a big difference with cheesecake. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it also wasn’t anything I’d go out of my way to get again.

I guess I’m used to places giving smaller slices, so I assumed these would be about the same, but they were actually really good sized. The portions were big, more than I expected

Ordered a cheesecake for the weekend. thought it might cut it close, but it got here quicker than expected. Box was still cold, too, which was a relief. Cheesecake made it just fine. Only thing was the tracking. Kinda wish it updated more clearly along the way.

I kind of assumed the refund process would be a hassle, since that’s usually how these things go, but it was actually really simple. Got my money back quickly and didn’t have to deal with any headaches.
